We all know getting workouts done every week is beneficial, right? Right?
Working out is something that helps to strengthen our bodies physically and our minds mentally. When I am active, I can better handle all the competing priorities as a woman, especially since I work full-time and have two kids.
I have other responsibilities, which I am sure you also have. Whether you have a part-time or full-time job inside/outside the home, I can better handle all of what is presented to me each day if I schedule a few sweat sessions a week.
I am here to tell you that there are many ways to schedule fitness sessions every week. There are fitness clubs, specialty studios, personal trainers, at-home workouts, YouTube videos, and more.
There is a great variety of fitness clubs throughout Westchester County, with varying price points for each of these clubs. These clubs are awesome if you feel you will benefit most from going to a fitness club with multiple cardio machines, weight rooms, group classes, group training classes, and personal training. It is a great “bang for your buck.”
There are a wide variety of specialty studios; some specialize in spinning, which is a highly intensive cardio cycling class, and some specialize in Zumba, which is a heart-pumping, soulful dancing instruction class. There are yoga studios and CrossFit studios that focus on utilizing training circuits using external weights and your body weight for body conditioning.
