The Best Sports Rehab Facilities in Westchester County

0

A woman doing physical therapy. In the last year, I’ve seen several sports and therapeutic rehab facilities pop up all over Westchester County. It is great to know that you do not need to travel far for physical therapy or have pain or injury assessed. A few of these places offer physical therapy and rehabilitation and have a section of orthopedic specialists to help accurately assess the issue. Whether you’ve pulled a muscle, are dealing with an injury, or are covering post-surgery, these places are all worth considering.

1. ONS

ONS has five locations between Fairfield and Westchester County, but this one is in Harrison. It offers highly trained orthopedic surgeons, solid patient care, communication, advanced surgical and non-surgical care, and non-narcotic therapies to reduce pain and increase mobility. ONS also offers an outpatient surgical center for same-day surgical care in its Stamford location. The Harrison location provides physical therapy on the opposite side of the office, which makes it super convenient to be seen by a physician and then assessed by a physical therapist.

2. Spear

Spear recently opened its fourth Westchester clinic in Scarsdale, but it has six locations across Westchester County. It offers a modern set-up with various services, including physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, pediatric rehab, running analysis, cupping, and more! After the evaluation, a personalized treatment plan will be developed for your specific needs and goals. An at-home program with specific exercises to support recovery will also be created. Spear offers telehealth therapy, should you need it.

3. Apollo Performance Chiropractic

Find the answer to your pain and fitness goals under one roof at Apollo Performance Chiropractic & Training. They focus on helping athletes and active individuals of all ages reach their rehab and performance goals. When Dr. Brett Poniros started the business, he sought to create a place that remedied all the issues he experienced as an athlete and active adult. They offer 1-on-1 care for a full hour, delivered by professionals with extensive experience and knowledge. They create custom plans designed exclusively around your goals, informed by the latest technology and evidence.
