Coffee Labs Roasters has been a cornerstone of the New York Coffee Community since opening its doors in 2003 as part of Tarrytown’s Main Street Revitalization. Coffee Labs has received countless accolades for its high-quality roasted beans. In 2023, they celebrated 20 years at the forefront of the specialty coffee game. Their menu offers all the usual coffee and tea favorites alongside an extensive bakery menu of fresh offerings.
The Formosa Coffee
This unique coffee shop stands out in Scarsdale because it offers one-of-a-kind Taiwanese coffee roasted fresh in New York City but processed from the mountains of Yun Lin, Taiwan. In addition to coffee, offerings include teas, hot chocolate, smoothies, and lemonade. Their baked goods include sun cakes and pineapple cakes—a cultural twist!
Omni Caffe
I love this new addition to Garth Road in Scarsdale. It’s just down the street from the Scarsdale train station, which is super convenient when running errands in town! Omni offers Italian coffees made into any coffee concoction desired, as well as breakfast croissants, muffins, and waffles. Their menu also has delicious focaccias and traditional desserts.
Sunshine Coffee Roasters
This coffee shop’s original location was launched in 2016 in Larchmont. It offers a variety of single-origin and coffee blends on its menu, as well as packaged coffee bean products. Nothing disappoints at this coffee shop, and it’s a must-visit in Westchester County.
