Options to indulge in a sweet celebration or a delicious meal are no exception. Westchester truly knows how to celebrate Mother’s Day in style! Here are some standout spots offering special ways to celebrate.

Brooklyn Organic Kitchen {Mahopac}

Brooklyn Organic Kitchen is hosting its 5th annual Mother’s Day Brunch. While overlooking beautiful Lake Mahopac, enjoy the special menu, which includes exotic lobster salad, salmon toastie, loaded bagel with lox, steak and eggs, a fresh eggplant tower, and a complimentary mimosa for Mom. The regular menu will also be available, featuring traditional and vegan options to accommodate all preferences.

Jazz on Main {Mount Kisco}

Jazz on Main is an excellent destination for those seeking a Mother’s Day experience beyond the norm. This year, the venue is hosting a Mother’s Day Jazz Brunch with a performance by Ron Drotos and Louise Rogers. Order from the prix fixe menu or the a la-carte light fare and bar menu while you’re there. The event starts at noon.

Blu Pointe {Newburgh}

Blu Pointe is a gem on the Newburgh waterfront. Brunch is served from 9:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Mother’s Day dinner is served from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Hudson River’s gorgeous views make it a perfect spot for celebrations.

Boscobel Gardens {Garrison}

Boscobel Gardens is offering a delightful tea service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at its historic home and gardens. The service will feature a buffet-style formal tea, snacks, live music, and a bouquet of tulips for each family. A photographer will be on-site to take professional family portraits. Each family will have their photo taken with the remarkable Hudson River landscape as the backdrop. Families will also have the option to view a gallery of additional portraits to purchase.

The Cozy Cup {Mount Vernon}

The Cozy Cup offers a delightful “Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea Deluxe” experience. Guests can enjoy their classic tower menu, featuring treats like empanadas, macarons, cheesecake, and unlimited tea. The event includes a fun cookie-decorating activity (1 cookie per person) and a special keepsake to commemorate the day.

Chutney Masala {Irvington}

Chutney Masala is hosting a Mother’s Day buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. From chicken tikka to veggie pulao to warm carrot halwa, Chutney Masala invites you to celebrate Mom with a buffet featuring all their signature Indian cuisine dishes.

Half Moon {Dobbs Ferry}

Half Moon has amazing views of the Hudson. For Mother’s Day, they are serving a three-course meal from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a two-course breakfast menu earlier in the day.

Harvest on the Hudson {Hastings}

Harvest of the Hudson serves a two-course breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., and a three-course price fix from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Brunch items are available all day, so you can enjoy your favorites anytime. The best part? Breakfast comfort food for dinner!

Hudson Grille {White Plains}

Hudson Grille is serving a lovely Mother’s Day menu until 3:00 p.m. The menu includes savory dishes such as a shrimp omelet, sweet potato waffles, and huevos rancheros. It also features a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, small plates, and entrees, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Moderne Barn {Armonk}

Moderne Barn is ideal for celebrating Mother’s Day. Their Mother’s Day menu showcases seasonal specials alongside their signature favorites, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The a la carte menu will not be available on this day, but they will feature a 2-course kids menu for younger guests.

Philipsburg Manor {Sleepy Hollow} 

Philipsburg Manor is hosting a charming Mother’s Day Tea from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in their legendary Greenhouse, which offers lovely views of the historic grounds. Guests can enjoy light bites, sweet treats, and a delightful selection of teas.

Red Hat on the River {Irvington}

Shadows on the Hudson {Poughkeepsie}

Shadows on the Hudson is the epitome of a buffet all the way! Discover why they are Poughkeepsie’s favorite casual waterfront dining destination. Mother’s Day brunch is from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., featuring classic breakfast options, an omelet station, salads, fruits, vegetables, a carving station, and much more – including various desserts. And if lunch or dinner is more your preference, Shadows has a Mother’s Day menu from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., featuring a raw bar and an abundance of choices for entrees.

Wainwright House {Rye}

Wainwright House is an amazing venue for celebrations and wellness in Westchester. With the gorgeous waterfront grounds, you could not ask for a more beautiful setting to commemorate Mom. There are two Mother’s Day seatings: one at 11:30 a.m. and the other at 1:30 p.m. The event features a seasonal menu by Bartleby & Sage, complimentary mimosas, and live jazz performed by the local trio, Triptych Wave.

From cultural cuisines to everyday staples to afternoon tea, it is easy to find an ideal way to honor mom, grandma, daughters, and all the mother figures in your family in Westchester County. Reservations are highly recommended as these places tend to fill up quickly.
