Westmoreland Sanctuary Adopt-A-Maple

Have you ever thought about making your own maple syrup? Adopt a sugar maple at Westmoreland and learn to produce delicious syrup from maple sap! This program will take you through the whole process. Fun for the entire family.

Participants get to tap their own tree with their name on it. You can taste the sap and empty it in the pot over our wood fire. The whole family (up to 4) can join the Sugarfest on Saturday, March 9, at 10:30 a.m. and receive their own bottle of Westmoreland Syrup. Sugarfest is a maple sugaring demonstration along with pancakes and New York Syrup.

Members: $100. Non-members: Become a member to participate (family membership or higher). Availability is limited; limit one tree per family.

This Special Membership Includes:

• Tapping your own tree
• Receiving your own bottle of genuine maple syrup made from Westmoreland’s trees
• A maple sugaring demonstration
• After your initial tree-tapping visit, you may come back anytime to empty your sap bucket
