In this special four-week series, preschoolers entering Kindergarten in the Fall and their caregivers enjoy stories and activities designed to enhance early literacy skills and social/emotional development.

Rachel Izes is the Library’s Early Literacy Coordinator. She has undergraduate and master’s degrees in child development from Tufts University. She has created and implemented programs for families of diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds in various library, school, and community settings.
