Grounding & Self-Regulation Skills for Stress, Anxiety & Worry

Led by Veronica Vaiti, LCSW-R, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Bhava Therapy Group, this 2-hour immersive workshop offers participants practical, science-backed body-based tools to better regulate stress, calm anxiety, and reduce chronic worry.
Many individuals experience persistent tension, racing thoughts, irritability, and emotional exhaustion — even when nothing appears outwardly “wrong.” This workshop reframes those experiences not as personal failures, but as signs of an overworked nervous system that can be retrained.
Participants will learn:

– How to build a personalized regulation toolkit
