Ethicon! Gaming Convention for Charity

Ethicon is an all-day board game convention that raises money to help people experiencing homelessness. Come and play games part of the day or play morning til night! There will be open gaming and programmed games for people to sign up for.

Register here for Ethicon on Warhorn (https://warhorn.net/events/ethicon) by signing up for a free account. The convention is $15 in advance or $20 day off. Paying in advance helps us plan for the appropriate amount of people. We will mark you as paid after you do so.

To sign up to run a game, you can add it on Warhorn once you register. Just let us know if you would like to do so, and we can give you Staff access once you register. The time slots are 8 a.m. to 12 noon, 12 noon to 4 p.m., 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 8 p.m. to midnight.
If you want to help out in other capacities, like helping to set up or clean up, or staff the front table for one of the time slots, please let us know!
Proceeds will be donated to Lifting Westchester, an organization that assists those experiencing homelessness or who have recently lost their homes and helps them find housing and employment.
